Since 1990, the United States has welcomed 29 million Hispanic and Latino workers into the labor force, and the Department of Labor now expects that number to reach 36 million within the decade. While this progress is solid, the growth rate has flatlined, and current employees are struggling to reach the management positions their experience and passion suggest they deserve.
